In 2023, I opened my own private cardiology practice to bring comprehensive, independent cardiovascular care to the greater Reno-Tahoe community. Since then, we’ve grown into a full-service practice with physicians and advanced practice providers offering complete cardiovascular medicine — all backed by onsite diagnostics, including EKG, echocardiograms, stress treadmill, and cardiac PET imaging at our clinic and Sierra Cardiac Imaging Center.
I’m board certified in both Cardiovascular Medicine and Cardiac Electrophysiology and have proudly served patients throughout northern Nevada for over 25 years. My practice centers on pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, lead management, and device follow-up, along with catheter ablation using the latest pulsed-field techniques for cardiac arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation, and Watchman procedures for stroke risk reduction. My wife and partner, Dr. Sridevi Challapalli, is board certified in both Cardiovascular Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology and has spent that same quarter-century caring for this community. She treats patients across the full range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, hyperlipidemia, heart failure, and hypertension.
